Biography / CV

Rahim El is an artist with Persian-Russian roots, born in Dushanbe, Tajikistan. His art is deeply connected to music and dance, influenced by his work at the Dushanbe Opera and Ballet Theater. After a period of artistic exploration in New York (2009–2010), he returned to Moscow, where he continued experimenting with painting, music, dance, and sculpture, before moving to Catalonia in 2022. Rahim studied at the Moscow State Stroganov Academy of Art and Industry and furthered his artistic education at the Barcelona Academy of Art. He regularly participates in gallery exhibitions, competitions, and projects, and is a member of the International Federation of Arts. Rahim’s artworks are held in private collections around the world.
