Rahim El is an artist with Persian-Russian roots, born in Dushanbe, Tajikistan. His art is deeply connected to music and dance, influenced by his early work at the Dushanbe Opera and Ballet Theater.

After a period of artistic exploration in New York (2009–2010) and years of experimentation in Moscow, he moved to Catalonia in 2022, where he continues to work across painting, sculpture, and performative art. He is a member of the International Federation of Arts, and his works are held in private collections around the world.
